when I turn on my computer I get an error that says computer failed to start checking for repair but no repair can be found I've tried restoring it and it fails I can't start on safe mode and my cd rom slot is broken to be able to reinstall the drivers disk please help

yes you have a right to appeal and they have to take you seriously, as you havent got any of your preferences they need to allocate your son a school its the law. and no 4 year old can be expected to walk that far alone especially on busy roads, he should have an adult with him taking him to school and back.
