Rom and emulator help?(please read description)?

okay so i got my game to work, now all i need help is how the heck do i play it? i have a wireless playstation remote that has a usb device that can be inserted into the computer but the computer isn't recognizing it and also u can make it bluetooth but you have to disable something on the computer, i would rather not do that. If anyone can tell me how to actually play the rom legend of zelda, ur a lightsaver thanks!
