Package isn't here yet?!?

My uncle lives in Chicago and said he sent me a labtop on the 23rd for my birthday which was the day before. Why hasn't it gotten here yet?will it get here before Saturday? I'm going to la saturday morning and I wanna take my new labtop with me on the car ride to watch movies and play cd Rom games. How long should it take at the most to arive I live in Arizona btw
