CAN U GET HIV THROUGH ORAL OR LIP BITING?

hi there,i have beem freakin out lately,it all kinda happned like abt two months ago,i happend to visit one of the massge parlors and this massge lady offerd an oral sex,it went on like abt two minutes ,had to ***,all over and i walked back really ashamed of myslf,disgusted!!!!then aftr like abt three weeks i went to my usual hang out place,a night club where i kinda go regularly,there when i happen to be with my friends,thiz hooker comez up to me as i know her quite well as she comes there regularly too,we juz smile and shake handz,thtz it,but this time she askz me to buy a drink which i did and then she caress my face and then she bites my lips so hard,was like abt ten seconds or so and says i like u and then leaves,the bite was really hard and i didnt feel any blood or sumthin under the lips but i was able to see two bite holes when i chked in the washroom,thiz freaked me out!!!now since then i have been havin these thoughtz wht if i have got hiv or not!!recently i had this food poisoning,one night i woke up with severe abdominal pain,could feel my body getting hotter and i knew from tht moment im goin to get sick which infact i did,the next morning i went to the doc,took a blood test as the doc advised me to do so and gave me these antibiotics,i became alright tht same evening but what freaked me even more was when the doc called me the next day and told me that my wbc is high cos of the infection and the lymphocytes have gone low like abt 6% where the normal range is 23-45,and my neutrophils was high sumthin around 81% where the normal range is 50-70,the doc scared me by his tone saying that ur lymphocytes are low and unusual and it goes down only whn u have an hiv or leukaemia or cancer..that scared the hell outta me whn he said that!!!i told the doc that would take an hiv test,and did .had to pay a lot for the test!! and the results came negative!!now i took this hiv test one week aftr this lip biting incident,where i learnt that to get an accurate reading the tests has to be taken atleast 1 month after the exposure...ever since that food poisoning i had, i have been having this strange feeling around my neck and around my groin area,i cant really see any visible lump around my neck but i kinda feel stiff on one side of neck and some lump like feeling when i feel my neck over and over and also at the groin as there is no visible lump but have this pain around tht area which comes and goes,i try to feel hard if there is any lump but cant really distinguish a lump,but when i feel hard i ffeel a small lump like,i dunno but i am getting crazy by my worries,now i remember that my doc told that i had to repeat the blood test again after ten days in order to check on the lymphocytes count,now each passing day makes me very nervous and i keep thinking wht if my blood test shows unusual readings again when i take the test..so please advise,i know this is a quite a big lengthy question i am putting foward but juz looking for answers!!!..thx
