Where can I find a tattoo artist to tattoo over my scar?

Most places won't tattoo it because it is a fairly new scar, although scars have to be at least 2 years old to tattoo over. Why not have something done just above it, with a design that you can add to over the scar at a later time (like for example, say you go a koi fish or something and had water behind it, so you could extend the water over the scar when it is older) This is just an idea, and I have seen this a lot on miami ink because the scar will take better the older it is. Sorry if I'm not much help, but don't just go anywhere that will do it. You need to speak to a tattoo artist with a lot of experience. You could try emailing some? I don't know where you live but Nick Reid of Skunx, London has an email, and he's responded to me before. He has something like 25 years experience. It's worth asking! Good Luck =]
