I have Toshiba, windows XP. It came without the CD-ROM and I need to format and reinstall the system. How?
If it didn't come with disks, there will be a recovery partition. When you turn on the laptop, start tapping the F8 key. It should come up with a recovery program. Follow the prompts from there.
