How should I convince my mom to let me have a second piercing?

I asked my mom for a second piercing. She said I can't get one until I'm "responsible". BUT I AM! I'm very responsible but she does not trust me. I don't know why. But I REALLY want a second piercing. How can I convince her? Where can I get one? (Besides Claire's, I heard bad stuff about them...) Will it hurt? Am I old enough? (I'm 10 and a half.) How much will it cost? Should I go to local pharmacy, doctor's office, Walmart, or the mall? (I'm scared to go in a tattoo parlor. But please don't make me sad by calling me names.)
