What do i do about my infected nose ring?

It has a small white bump around it and when i remove the piercing, it has a little bit of dried gunk on it. I had it done at a tattoo parlor with a sterile needle. I have had it for about 2 months now. When i first got it, i cleaned it with dial soap and A&D cream. I was then told by a nurse to clean it with hydrogen peroxide and neosporin. Help me please :(
