OK you want answers but you are unwilling to say where you want to do this, as you are probably aware there are different laws in different areas. You could easily do this on land that is not owned by other people or that the Federal government has not designated as a federal preserve. again all areas have hunting laws and require hunting licenses in most cases but there are areas where you can do it without complications form law enforcement.}{
