Yes, you need your PARENT with you. It's the LAW!! Anyone who knowingly pierces a minor (even with your brother there) would lose their license and possibly get jail time. That's completely illegal and you should not be asking anyone to comprimise their morals and their license for one piercing. Just wait until you're 18 or get your parent to go with you. Stop being selfish. It's not that hard to wait a few more years.
