I'm only 16. I've wanted it for about 2 and a half years and am sure. But my mum won't let me have it at all. But if I got it (much like my piercings) she would let it go soon. Lots of my friends have them and say that I could easily go into a tattoo parlour where I live and they won't ID but I'm a bit scared to do that and would feel a bit bad. Or could I get my 19 year old boyfriend to 'pose' as my guardian? please help, and please no silly answers about how I shouldn't get one, I'm intelligent and mature enough to make up my own decisions and don't need to be told otherwise by people I don't know.
