How do i get rid of my flesh and follow God wholly and completely?(Only believers please!)?

Hi everyone, im 13 years old and i have a problem with masturbation. I am trying to follow Jesus but i just cant seem to do it. Right when im going good and following Jesus, i get these thoughts. Sometimes i pray but its hard to just keep praying because im not a very spiritual person. I know a lot about the Bible theologically but not spiritually. Some body please help me and give me an answer. I know only God can help me get rid of that but i need to scriptural backing to give me conviction or something to get me to pray more. I wake up in the morning some days praying but im not good at spiritual warfare.(please dont try to prove me wrong that God doesnt exist cuz he does...i have already established that he does!)
