How can I get my old, 16-bit CD-ROM's to play on Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)?

Ive been working at this all day. I have old computer games that we're originally made for Windows 95/98, etc. I would really like to go back down memory lane, so if anyone can walk me through this... It would be very very appreciated.
