So, are there any funeral parlors in the midwest that let you keep the parts? I'm hoping to have my bones ground down for my wife when I die in a few years. I'm 67 and realizing I need to make these plans now and not leave it to my family. I grew up understanding the importance of hard work, planning and non-extravagance. If my dad ate an apple, I got the core. If my dad and mom took a bath, I had dirty water to play around in. That is the way I was raised. Times were different and better back then for children. No messing around. Thanks for the answers.
