DFW: I've been helping a good friend of mine who has been living on the streets...?

there seems to be something that bothers him a lot,that is something very deep inside of him so much so that he is even insensitive to someone who helped him for so long.probabaly he has lost a sense of self respect and he feels dumb and useless. he is not working . .right?. watch out he may even get suicidal.
